9th Annual Results
The 9th Annual JW Memorial was a resounding success thanks to our amazing golfers, sponsors, and volunteers! We were able to raise more than $11,500.00 at this year’s golf outing, which is just astounding. In addition to this amount raised, the Jeff Wallace Memorial Trust donated $405.00 to Alpena Community College Foundation for the benefit of the David B. Hillert Scholarship plus $644.00 was donated to Options in memory of a dear friend, JoEllen Lang.
We would like to give a special shout-out to both Huron Engineering and Surveying and Karpus Hunter & Ross Funeral Home for sponsoring this year’s t-shirts.
As well as to the Campaign to Re-Elect Hon. Alan M. Curtis for sponsoring the meal provided by Nowicki’s Sausage Shoppe after folks were done on the course.
We once again had a full list of players, every cart was full, and many walked away with fun prizes donated by sponsors. We like to think that everyone is a winner on the second Saturday of June, but some that were recognized by Dylan on the microphone include:
